Nothing too much trouble, I had an extra special stay and would want to stay there again. Everything was second to none at this nicely designed hotel. The location was excellent and wonderful, steps away from Polo Lounge. Further, it was so close to Hollywood by 4:30 pm, Sunset Boulevard, and the opposite coast. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly.
Some people working there were bad.

The bungalows offered high-end luxury with thoughtful goodies! The pool area had a chill vibe and was super relaxing. Loved the house car service for easy access around town. The Polo Lounge is awesome for drinks.

Luxury hotel with its history and bright memorable design, suitable for the whole family, large swimming pool with Jacuzzi in the area, hotel is buried in greenery and flowers, everywhere postcard views (it's a pity that you can not be photographed everywhere - in the pool area was banned). room has everything you need and TV in the bathtub, integrated into the mirror, Bang & Olufsen appliances, chic bed, lots of space, rooms are similar to the Peninsula, most worthy hotel (only in the Peninsula pool area on the roof and smaller). Any whims (within reason) on demand. Excellent breakfast. All staff are very friendly and responsive. Made a late check out, although there was a high load for the weekend.
The price can bite... The overhead shower in the bathroom splashes water strongly, and a small shower with bad head.

Everything. It's a beautiful hotel in a great Los Angeles location. The service was excellent, the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated- all possible amenities provided. Very high class, but also quite expensive.
All the tipping that goes along with their parking and retrieving of your car. I really don't mind parking my own car- it's less hassle, but the hotel is really set up for all to valet.

I reminded me of a VIP-the lobby greeted me with more charm than a magician pulling rabbits from a hat! The room was not just spacious but luxurious, with a bed so comfortable it could make a sloth yawn with envy. Dining at the Polo Lounge was a treat, with dishes, made my taste buds dance the cha-cha.
Long wait for check-in

the hotel looks amazing as you enter the lobby up the red carpet, the staff cannot do enough to help, and the complimentary use of a chauffer driven mercedes to anywhere within 3 mile radius made us feel like stars.quick call to reception after shopping and the car would come and collect us again. fantastic.

Absolutely fine room and the pool area was like paradise! The Polo Lounge served some delish eats, and I even spotted Javier Bardem-how thrilling! The helpful staff made it special.
But the food prices? I'm pretty sure my wallet's still in therapy from that! Talk about gourmet prices-I was like I needed a second mortgage!

This stay was about exploring the beautiful Virginia Robinson Gardens nearby. The atmosphere was serene, and I enjoyed the well-maintained, elegant decor throughout the place. My room was a Superior King Room with a balcony, which provided a lovely view of the surroundings. The food was great, especially the breakfast options. While a couple of staff members seemed a bit off, most were genuinely welcoming, creating a comfortable environment overall.
